Free of charge delivery on orders over £125.00 excluding VAT (apart from special delivery services). This only applies to UK mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and offshore locations.
Please note when placing an order you must have a minimum basket value of £125 + VAT total to place your order.
Most deliveries are shipped with TNT or pallets are shipped with various nationwide couriers. To track a parcel please contact us for your tracking number.
Goods must be checked on arrival and proof of delivery signature.
Any damages or queries must be made to us in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
International/offshore location deliveries are possible for us to arrange but please contact us regarding shipping costs before ordering. Extra delivery charges will apply and payment is required before dispatching the order.
Regarding delivery time-scales, if your order is urgent please contact us so that we can make necessary arrangements i.e. if next day delivery is required we will do our best to accommodate this request but this is subject to stock availability and the time we actually receive your order. Please note next day is non guaranteed.
